Chicken and Vegetable Gratin

ingredients:
- 600 gr. potato
- 4 dl light cream
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 600 gr. Grilled Chicken
- Salt and pepper 


Preparation.
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, wash them and wear them to fire in 3 dl light cream to cook slowly and season with salt and pepper.
Peel carrots and cut them into slices.
Cut the zucchini into rounds also, cook in a saucepan with the? Salt water, remove drain and reserve.
Place a pan fire with a can of butter and grilled chicken breasts on both sides.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and reserve.
In an oven dish place a layer of potatoes, a chicken a carrot, a zucchini and sprinkle with the remaining cream.
Wear oven to broil for 15 minutes.
Remove and serve!
Cook vegetables and potatoes in cream ......
Grilled chicken cutlets ....

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces ....
Drain the vegetables .....
Pour the potatoes into a Pyrex baking .....
Following in the chicken ......
vegetables .....
sprinkle with remaining cream and bring the oven to broil for 15 minutes, remove and serve immediately!
