Ingredients for 6 persons:
- 240 gr. flour
- A yolk
- A whole egg
- A pinch of salt
- 30 gr. of melted butter
- A spoonful of brandy
- A few tablespoons of warm water
preparation:
Work all the ingredients until dough is smooth and elastic. Let stand half an hour, then roll with rolling pin or a thin sheet with the pasta machine. Use a serrated wheel to cut the ribbons of pasta.
Fry in hot oil, drain and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
