Pasta with Robiola wrapped in bacon

Ingredients for the dough rolled in bacon (serves 8 people)
400 g. thinly sliced ​​bacon
350 grams of Robiola
3 large eggs (yolks only)

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then scolala and pour into a container along with a pinch of black pepper, to Robiola, eggs and 70 grams of cheese.
