Recipe for turkey fillets, marinated with honey and baked apples

In ancient times, honey was one of the offerings to the gods and was a symbol of wealth and happiness. Used today in cooking, honey provides a focus and an end to special dishes.
Ingredients for 4 people
4 turkey fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the marinade
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons liquid honey
1 / 2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper
For the baked apples
4 apples
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
A pinch of cinnamon

The day before, combine all marinade ingredients and let it marinate the meat.
