Lamb noisette with curry and grapefruit recipe

An amazing way to make a healthy Lamb noisette , in this recipe we will show how to eat meat but in healthy way (sport activities are required in order to stay healthy ) this healthy recipe contain red onions olive oil curry powder in other way it have more healthy igredients then the old fashion recipe now these are the  Ingredients (serves 4):
- 600 g Lamb noisette
- 500 g red onions
- 2 pink grapefruits
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander
preparation:
Cut the lamb into cubes. Peel onions and cut them into slices. Peel the raw pink grapefruit (get the juice).
Heat the olive oil and let brown the cubes of meat.
Sprinkle curry, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Add onions and grapefruit juice and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the grapefruit and coriander.
Serve with chopped cilantro.
